Hyppo at Home: Holiday Poptails

No matter what holiday you celebrate, the fête is not limited to dinner or dessert. Toast and get toasty with these festive poptails, sure to please your guests (and tolerate them), recipes courtesy of The Garnish Guy.

Eggnog Poptail Ingredients

1 oz Aged Rum
1 oz Cynar
1/2 oz Cinnamon Syrup
2 Dashes of Chocolate Bitters
1 Whole Egg

Preparation: Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake vigorously, double strains into a chilled coupe.

Garnish: Eggnog Popsicle, Grated Nutmeg, Shaved Dark Chocolate

Cranberry Poptail Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Ginger Liqueur
1/2 oz Peach Liqueur
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/4 oz Honey Syrup
2 Dashes of Apple Bitters

Preparation: Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake vigorously, straight into a collins glass filled with ice.

Garnish: Cranberry Popsicle, Powdered Cinnamon, Dried Apple, Powdered Sugar
